Our process shifts with the scale of your event, the service tier and the pace of your planning. The outline below serves as a guide.

We begin with the feeling of the event — the atmosphere, priorities and visual direction that will shape every decision to follow.

Sourcing & Structure

Suppliers are recommended, budgets are guided and the planning framework begins to take shape with clear next steps.

Design Development

The palette, materials, layout, tablescape, lighting, florals and styling details are refined into one cohesive design language.

Run Sheet & Briefings

Timelines, supplier notes, floorplans and styling details are finalised so every moving part has a clear place and purpose.

Setup & Coordination

We arrive first. Behind the scenes, we manage supplier arrivals, styling direction, final setup and venue handover, keeping the day moving calmly while the room comes to life.

Extending the celebration.

ENGAGEMENT PARTY

The opening note. A first celebration with polish, pace and enough presence to set the tone for everything that follows.

REHEARSAL DINNER

The night before, made sharper. A private dinner for the inner circle, with room for speeches, nerves, and sentiment.

RECOVERY BRUNCH

The afterglow. A slower morning for coffee, good food and the kind of conversations that only happen once the main event has passed.

BRIDAL SHOWER

Not the expected version. A bridal gathering with a clear point of view, styled to feel personal, elevated and far from ordinary.

ADDITIONAL GUESTS OR MULTIPLE VENUES

For events that grow beyond the original scope. Quoted according to the planning, production and coordination required.

MICRO EVENTS

Small guest list. Full presence. For intimate weddings, private dinners and celebrations of up to 50 guests that still deserve a strong sense of occasion.

FREQUENTLY ASKED

The honest answers.

We recommend booking 12 – 18 months ahead for Elite and Exclusive engagements. Essence can often be booked with 8 months' notice or less, subject to availability.

No. Our studio fee covers planning, design, styling direction and/or coordination. Supplier costs, such as photography, catering, florals, hire, lighting, and stationery, are quoted separately.

A 50% deposit secures your date. The remaining balance can be split into two instalments, with the final payment due four weeks before the wedding or event.

Yes. We work across Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Toowoomba, the Sunshine Coast and Byron Bay. Travel and accommodation are quoted separately where required.

Yes. The tiers are a starting point. Once we understand your event, your priorities and the level of support required, we will prepare a proposal that fits your scope.
